Matt is passionate about helping his clients protect their families and businesses from an unexpected death or disability. His primary focus is the design, implementation and monitoring of life and disability insurance portfolios for individuals and small businesses.
Matt has 15 years of experience in advising clients in the areas of estate and business continuity planning. He completed the requirements for the LUTCF designation which is conferred only upon those individuals who meet the qualification standards determined by The American College and NAIFA. He earned his Certified Long Term Care specialist designation (CLTC) in 2006 and is one of only a small number of Massachusetts Licensed Insurance Advisors (LIA). Matt is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an organization comprised of the top insurance professionals worldwide and he is a recipient of NAIFA’s National Quality Award.
Matt is active in the community by volunteering for, serving and supporting organizations such as Combined Jewish Philanthropies, The Fessenden School, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, The Children’s Brain Tumor Cure Foundation, Boston Children’s Hospital, and several other charitable organizations. As the father of a pediatric leukemia survivor he knows how critical it is to give back to amazing organizations who do incredible work.
He is also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC).
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst as a double major in Economics and Political Science, Matt, his wife JulieSue and their children Ari and Alison reside in Newton. In his free time he loves riding his motorcycle, playing hockey, collecting modern and vintage mechanical watches and above all else, spending time with his family.
